(I) Higher Secondary (10+2) of a recognized
University/Board/Institution or equivalent.
(ii) Three years diploma in Electrical/Mechanical Engineering of
recognized University/Institution or equivalent. (Qualifications are relaxable
at the discretion of Staff Selection Commission/Competent Authority in
case of candidates otherwise well qualified)
