Now, a new device has been created that can charge your mobile phone with the help of your body, says a report.
The new nPower PEG (Personal Energy Generator) converts a person's personal kinetic energy into electrical charges to keep devices fully juiced up. The more
energy you create, the more you push into your phone, Mashable reports.
According to the report, the device contains a weight, springs, and inductive coil that stores power in the internal battery with each movement you make.
One minute of walking will get you enough power for one minute of listening on an iPod Nano, the report said.
It takes 26 minutes of walking for one minute of talk time on a 3G iPhone, it added.
Though it is an alluring concept, it is an expensive one.
According to the report, a nPower PEG will run you 200 dollars.
