For Healthy sex life

Staying erect isn't always good
While men may exult on their ability to go on and on, an erection that simply won't go away isn't a miracle or the wonders of Viagra, but a medical emergency that must be attended to urgently. Medical experts says, if the blood flow that causes an erection doesn't eventually leave the penis, it can lead to serious complications like blood clots.

Masturbation is healthy
But only to a limit. Use it or lose it, isn't just an excuse for a guy's han to go down south; it's the tested and studied conclusion of sex experts. The less your man uses his sexual test, the more problems he'll have in the future. But ensure that your man doesn't make a habit of it.

Drinking affects the erection
Although alcohol serves as a great aphrodisiac, it may fail during execution. During an erection, the penis fills up with blood, then the vessels close, preventing backflow, so that the penis remains erect. However, overconsumption of alcohol causes the blood vessels in the penis to expand, allowing for more blood flow, but prevents vessels from closing. As a result, the penis may become erect but not remain so, as there is nothing to prevent backflow. Keep a tab on your partner's drinking intake. Too much of it can make him go limp.

Smoking isn't just bad for your lungs
Like drinking, smoking affects the health of the penis too. It clogs the arteries, including those that fill the penis with blood at that critical moment.

This seam to be
All men have a line going down their penis and over their testicles on the underside. It is formed when the foetus is in the uterus, and is known as the "seam". In women, the seam becomes the inner lips of the vagina. In men, the seam encloses the urethra along the length of the penis.

Size matters
All those mumbo-jumbo claims can take a break. Here is the fact. Nothing can make a penis grow largger — except aging. Unfortunately, its size stops growing by the time men hit their early 20s.

Men need a spine
Your man's big "O" starts with his spine. Sexperts explain, the signal to ejaculate is the result of muscle contractions in the spinal cord and pelvis.

They like to get done with it
Men are programmed to finish quickly. So don't take it to heart. Men have evolved to have sex just long enough to get the job done. In fact, a recent study showed, 85 per cent of men can reach climax in just three minutes or sometimes less. However, clever men hang in there longer enough for their partner to catch up.

It is not the genes
Unlike everything else, the penis size, thickness and shape are not genetic. Penises are formed in utero when those male hormones kick in. So if your guy's unhappy with what he's got, there's no one to blame. He just needs to learn to live with it.

Penises have curves
Most penises lean slightly to the left or right when rigid. However, some bend quite dramatically, like, curve up or down and indulging sex becomes a task hard to achieve. Medically, it is known as Peyronie's Disease and occurs when the penis doesn't expand even when he's turned on.

They are equal
Adult penises typically measure between three to four inches when flaccid and five to six inches when erect. In fact, a man who started out on the small side can end up expanding proportionally more than his bigger counterparts expand.

Circumcised health benefits
Recent research has shown slight health benefits to circumcision such as less chances of urinary tract infections and a decreased risk of contracting HIV.

Leave the shoes alone
For all those women who were excited about their partners' shoe size being 10, 11, 12...Curb your enthusiasm. There is no co-relation between the penis size and shoe size.
